You can place an order directly on our website. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that:

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email. Northborn reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or misuse.

Prices are shown in USD or EUR depending on your region and include all applicable taxes.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will always be the one shown at the time of your order.

6. Payment

Payments are secure and processed via trusted providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
We do not store your payment details on our servers.

7. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

8. Right of withdrawal & returns

In line with international regulations, you have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • A refund is issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Our products match their descriptions. Northborn is not liable for misuse, inappropriate handling, or results that differ from individual to individual.
